What we collect

Your name, email, phone and stay details, so we can hold your room and contact you about it.

Card data

Card payments are entered on Stripe's secure page. We never receive, see or store your full card number or security code.

How we protect it

Your name, email and phone are encrypted in our database, all traffic uses HTTPS, and only signed-in staff using two-factor authentication can view reservations.

Retention

We keep reservation records as long as required for tax and accounting, then delete them.
